I offer specialised nutritional advice and meal plans based on your food preference and needs. With a scientific background, we help you manage your health through diet and exercise plans that are easy to stick to and keep longterm. It is not about a quick fix, it is about creating a lifestyle journey.


My Vision
I believe that eating habits do not exists without a root cause. Receiving a list of things to do won't help you change your habits longterm unless you see the pattern to your behavior. At Noreli, we therefore couple a personalised nutritional plan with counseling sessions where we talk about the response from your body, your thoughts and resistance and make sure we take our time to find the lifestyle that will make you become your best version.
I believe that food and nutrition play an important role in your wellbeing and prevention of different diseases, but physical activity is equally as important and should always be thought about when thinking about a healthy lifestyle. Together we will explore how your lifestyle looks like today and what you wish for it to look like in the future and we will set small steps and big milestones to reach them together.
After many years of experience in research, policy development and personal consultations with clients wanting to change their habits, I now offer private consultations in my own practice where I will help you learn what some of the better choices concerning food are.
How It Works
Step 1. Assessment
We begin with a thorough assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. Together we will go through the type of foods you like, the preferred go to snacks, and more. This will be done during the first consultation meeting which will be a longer session than the follow-ups.
Step 2. Personalization
Based on the assessment done, we will develop a customised nutrition plan tailored to your specific requirements and goals.
We will go through the nutritional plan together in a follow-up meeting and go through any thoughts or questions that might come up.
Step 3. Support
I will provides ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey.
The first 3 - 4 weeks might feel the most difficult and I advice you to book follow-up sessions 2 times per week for the first weeks to make sure you feel well supported and have everything you need.
Step 4. Progress Tracking
Together we will closely monitor your progress and adjust the plan as needed to ensure positive outcomes. This will be done in each of the follow-up meetings and through our counseling sessions.
Step 5. Physical Activity
Once we have our nutritional plan tailored and started feeling comfortable we will look at a physical activity plan to incorporate some daily movement. This will all be based on your previous experience, personal goal, ability to move and preferred type of exercise. Because a healthy lifestyle is nothing without healthy activity included.
Step 6. Feedback
Your feedback is instrumental in my approach. I listen and adapt to make sure your journey is on the right path and if there is anything you would like for me to improve or change.

How do I get started?
To begin, simply reach out to me through our contact form below.
How much does it cost and how long are the sessions?
During the initial meeting we will spend an hour together mapping a plan and set goals and it will cost 85€. The follow-up meetings thereafter will be 40 min per session à 60€ per session.
Is ongoing support provided?
Absolutely, we offer continuous support to ensure you stay on track and motivated as well as offer extra follow-up sessions and counseling whenever needed.
Can the plans be adjusted and the meal plans based on personal needs?
Yes, my nutritional plans are personalised to suit your dietary preferences and needs and we will regularly review and adjust the plans based on your progress and feedback.
What if I have specific dietary restrictions?
Not a problem, I take all dietary restrictions and preferences into account when creating your plan.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, I provide virtual consultations to make my services accessible to all. When booking your session you can chose if you want it to be in-person or via a video call.
